Pour ma part je ne l'ai pas trouvé chez LLL, par contre j'ai commandé le CD sur amazon US via un lien que McCreary a mis sur son site, et apparemment produit et vendu par son propre label. Du coup je ne sais pas s'il s'agit de la même édition limitée et dédicacée.Sam Lowry a écrit :Je suis en pleine écoute de EUROPA REPORT de Bear McCreary et je trouve assez fascinante la façon par laquelle il arrive à créer une ambiance singulière (avec, le plus, souvent, 3 bouts de ficelles). Les passages oppressants avec leur rythmique synthé entre John Carpenter et les morceaux de suspens à la Zimmer (INCEPTION est passé par là) ne sont pas du tout chiants. Mais à la différence du teuton, il faut ici ne pas s'attendre à un gros son bien ampoulé et lourdingue mais plutôt à des pulsations. Tout n'est pas synthétique, bien au contraire : on a droit à une petite formation orchestrale (essentiellement des cordes), un peu de piano. L'ensemble est d'inspiration assez minimaliste mais avec cette touche propre à McCreary qui dose à merveille les moments atonaux et les côtés plus mélodieux dans un score qui, non content de se laisser écouter sans ennui, dégage une atmosphère étrange entre solitude du vide interstellaire et oppression du vide abyssal. Encore une belle réussite de la part du compositeur barbu....... (bon c'est vrai, je suis un peu de parti pris car j'aime vraiment ce que fait ce gars là et la passion qu'il a pour son métier)
PS : bon, vous vous en foutez mais moi je suis content d'avoir eu la petite pochette supplémentaire signée par Bear !

Apparemment, d'après LLL, ces 300 exemplaires du cd contenant une pochette signée ne pouvaient se trouver uniquement que sur leur site... Je ne sais pas si c'est exact mais bon je ne vois pas pourquoi LLL pipeauterait là dessus...

Hier, J'ai reçu EUROPA REPORT que j'ai écouté dans la foulée. Je rejoins Sam, quant à son analyse du score. Franchement j'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à écouter ce CD.
J'aimerais d'ailleurs bien voir ce film quand il sortira en France. (Si sortie il y a)
En ce qui concerne le livret signé, il n'était possible de se le procurer qu'en achetant le CD chez LLL.

Reçu ce matin, avec l'agréable surprise de la pochette dédicacée ! J'avais pas fait gaffe que LLL avait des exemplaires signés. Du coup, le CD ne peut être que bien !

Les titres sont annoncés à l’avance. Ils paraîtront sur la page d’accueil le 27 très certainement.

Excellente nouvelle pour Matrix Reloaded 
Tiens, je reviens sur une ancienne sortie LLL, Jennifer Eight. Le score de Young est superbe evidemment, mais j'avoue avoir été très agréablement surpris par le score de Jarre. je ne savais pas trop à quoi m'attendre et j'avais un peu peur d'une présence un peu trop appuyé des synthés, utilisés de manière un peu trop atonale (pour moi) parfois avec Jarre, mais pas du tout. Le thème au violoncelle est très beau, très automnal, et les moments de tension ne sont pas mal du tout. Quelqu'un d'autre a apprécié l'écoute ce score rejeté?

Ceux qui ont manqué "EUROPA REPORT" se console, il est en pré-order chez "INTERMEZZO MEDIA" au prix de 17 euros + FP. Toutefois, aucune autre précision.
