Film Score Monthly was published from 1990 (in its earliest newsletter form) through 2005. Now, own the complete run on an easy-to-store DVD with "pdf" files of each and every issue, carefully scanned for archival presentation.
This package includes hundreds of interviews, articles, CD reviews and commentary from 15+ years of film music-covering both newly created scores and collector editions. Find out how scores and CDs were received at the time, and what composers were thinking as they made them. Also, see the evolution of FSM from a black-and-white newsletter (created while Lukas Kendall was in high school) to a full-fledged magazine published out of Los Angeles, and the debates that raged among collectors in the pre- and early-Internet eras.
These backissue files have been offered online to members of Film Score Monthly Online, but their large file size may make them time-consuming to download. Buy them all at once and also get a table of contents compiled by reader Dennis Schmidt as well as a "Lost Issue" file of unused articles, cartoons and other unpublished ephemera from the FSM files.
Tout à fait... Vu la place que me prennent tous mes FSM (je les ai depuis le 1er), ce DVD-R est une aubaine, surtout s'il y a un index ! Cela dit il y a des numéros que je garderai tels quels.
André Marek a écrit :Mortel ! Ca va en faire de la place dans mes étagères !
