As I said in one of the other threads - SPARTACUS will be public domain soon here in Europe so I patiently wait for things to come!
The only music from SPARTACUS which will become public domain, is the original LP soundtrack. The 50 year rule only applies to music which was first released on disc 50 years ago.
Then how did this Canadian label do the expanded edition of IN 80 DAYS ... ?
Or Tsunami's ANTHONY ADVERSE released in 2002 ? Was there an 79-minutes LP before ?
