Glad y'all like the batch. A lot of hard work went into these projects especially the audio restoration on the Paramount set and the disaster set.

We did intend on releasing The Swarm with this batch but alas approval delays got in the way.

We have some fantastic titles in the pipeline. Lots of Universal stuff coming out -- expanded editions and never before released titles. We have a few remaining Fox titles still to come as well as stuff from Sony, Paramount. MGM, CBS and Warners. However, we don't know how many more Warner Bros titles will be coming out. New owners have caused new policies that may be cost prohibitive for all future planned and unplanned projects we have been working on/interested in. These things happen. We have been around long enough to see policy changes every 10 years.

In the meantime don't fret. We have some great titles coming from new and old composers. We plan on being around for a long long time.

Tonio, je n'ai pas l'impression d'avoir lu quelque chose sur le sujet.
Mais comme je n'ai acheté aucun coffret, le sujet ma laisse assez froid.

Sinon, je viens de voir qu'au Japon, le coffret "Disaster Movie Soundtrack Collection" est édité par Rambling Records/BGM. Tout comme le "Terminator: Dark Fate", d'ailleurs.

Darkman de Elfman, Hoffa de Newman… Plus la saison 1 de Pandora. Petite fournée pas mal, je trouve!

Décidément on est gâtés avec les scores d'Elfman ce mois-ci !

Avec son "Invaders", l'éditeur nous rappelle qu'il est possible de créer une réelle ambiance "angoissante" et "flippante" en faisant de la vraie musique. La qualité de ce score enterre profondément les "compositions" sound-designesques de ces dernières années. Merci La-La Land !

A-t-on une idée de ce que pourrait être un éventuel troisième volume de cette somptueuse collection "Quinn Martin" ?

Pour le 3ème volume, je ne sais pas si il y a eu des discussions sur ce sujet sur le forum de FSM mais je croise les doigts pour un double CD consacré au Rues de San Francisco avec un CD dédié à Patrick Williams et mettant en avant la musique du pilote, et un 2ème CD avec une sélection de morceaux des familiers de cette époque : Richard Markowitz, Tom Scott, Robert Prince ou Robert Drasnin... Je ne dirais pas non à un album sur Les Incorruptibles.Punaise qu'est ce que j'adorais cette série !!! Il y a de beaux noms :Russell Garcia, Nelson Riddle , Alexander Courage, Leith Stevens, Fred Steiner...

Cool ! Que des bonnes choses ! Il ne reste donc plus qu'à prier Saint Chuck, le saint-patron des béophiles, que cette collection ait assez de succès pour se poursuivre.
