Les morceaux d'ouverture et de conclusion du film sont excellents. Le reste est parfois un peu brouillon/bricolé (comme un peu trop souvent avec Revell depuis la fin des années 90) mais ça reste sympa.

Je suis évidemment intéressé par le "Batman"... mais bon, je vais attendre qu'ils baissent les prix des coffrets 2 et 3 (et le "Supermab" aussi), avant de les acheter, parce qu'avec les FDP... c'est juste .

Sinon, comme beaucop, je réve du CD "Titan A.E." depuis la sortie du film ! YOUPIE !!!

Un peu de patience, espèce de béophile pourri-gâté
Pas de tracklist pour le moment, mais l'annonce indique la présence de musique tirée de ces épisodes: Robin’s Reckoning, Eternal Youth, Day Of The Samurai, Mudslide, The Underdwellers et The Clock King.

Excellente nouvelle pour TITAN A.E., probablement l'une des dernières grandes partitions de Graeme Revell,
et aussi sa première, me semble-t-il, pour un film d'animation. Il reste quand même pas mal de chose à sortir
de Revell - je pense à l'excellent CHILD'S PLAY 2, que Revell détèste personnellement, mais que je trouve pourtant
très réussi - y compris au niveau 'expanded', par exemple, je ne dirais pas non à la totale concernant l'excellent THE SAINT.

SPAWN fait effectivement partie des scores inédits de Revell, de longue date,
au même titre que d'autres titres intéressants qui méritent une édition CD,
comme : GHOST IN THE MACHINE, STRANGE DAYS, FROM DUSK TILL DAWN, FLED, BATS, HIGH CRIMES, etc.

Je ne connais pas ce Revell faudra que j'écoute des extraits... Sinon j'adorerais qu'ils rééditent le score de Spawn devenu introuvable depuis des lustres et non référencé par Soundtrack Collector... Le film quant à lui n'est jamais diffusé bien que ça ne soit pas un chef-d'oeuvre...

Il ne semble pas que Spawn version score soit sorti officiellement.
Il y par contre une version hum hum qui existe et que d'ailleurs je possède mais dont je ne garde pas de souvenirs spécials (bon ou mauvais d'ailleurs ).

Soit 23 épisodes au grand complet. On avait déjà fait le compte des volumes précédents (me souviens plus du chiffre), mais avec ce nouveau coffret on doit quasiment avoir la totale de la première série. Est-ce pour autant une bonne chose ? Ça reste à écouter...

J'ai retrouvé mon message:

En y regardant de plus près, ce sont 32 épisodes parmis les 65 premiers produits, ceux appartenant vraiment à The animated series, qui sont ainsi édités (les épisodes postérieurs appartiennent à The adventures of Batman & Robin - épisodes 66 à 85 - puis à The new Batman adventures - épisodes 86 à 109). Ce qui laisserait augurer d'un troisième volume, voire d'un quatrième si Lalaland envisage d'éditer la totalité des musiques produites (bien que je suppose que tous les épisodes ne soient pas pourvus d'une bande originale inédite, recyclant sans doute de nombreux motifs d'épisodes antérieurs), et d'y adjoindre 2 volumes supplémentaires pour les deux séries suivantes. En revanche, je n'ai pas un très bon souvenir des musiques de Batman Beyond...

Nous en sommes donc à 55 épisodes sur 65. Soit ils poursuivent la collection avec la série suivante, soit ils éditent un double album pour finir la première série. Quoi qu'il en soit je vais attendre, 60$ c'est cher et j'ai d'autres priorités.

C'est calorique au possible, mais les fans de "symphonique à l'ancienne" devraient en apprécier quelques grumeaux. C'est fait par un des gars qui barbotte dans le marigot des animés DC depuis un moment, et on sent qu'il veut tout donner pour son premier "grand" score. le genre de truc que certains vont adorer (choeurs tristes, violon solo plaintif, envolées béliqueuses pleine de pathos...) et d'autres trouver presque drôle tellement ça enfonce toutes les portes grandes ouvertes. A toi de deviner dans quel camp je me situe...
